Beginnings
In 2023, the inception of Corporate Curling emerged from the bustling demands of the professional world, hindering founder Jason Weible from indulging in his beloved hobby of curling. Drawing upon his extensive experience as an event expert spanning over two decades, Weible discerned the industry’s perpetual quest for novel and engaging activities. As one of the 30,000 active curlers in the United States, he sensed an opportunity to introduce curling into the corporate sphere. Understanding the tight-knit nature of the curling community, Weible approached the 2018 Gold Medalist, Tyler George, proposing a partnership. George, who had been independently navigating his role as a curling ambassador, enthusiastically embraced the idea. In George’s words, joining forces with Weible felt like being part of a team again. The collaboration seamlessly blended Weible’s passion for curling and event expertise with George’s connections to professional athletes, clubs, and exceptional curling skills, resulting in a harmonious match that would propel Corporate Curling into a thriving venture.
